Twelve years ago, I underwent a profound transformation. After nearly a decade and a half in audit and risk within large corporates—including Big 4 consulting firms, an investment bank, and a renewable energy company—I realised that my work lacked true purpose. I yearned to master entrepreneurship, innovation, and agility, believing that many organizations were ill-prepared to navigate the complexities of the 4th industrial revolution. Driven by this realization, I resigned from my secure corporate role, returned to studying, and plunged headfirst into practical experience by launching businesses and startups. This marked a 180-degree turn for me: from employee to entrepreneur, from audit to innovation, and moving across continents.

This journey of transformation wasn't easy. I learned many lessons the hard way—lessons that are now distilled in my coaching practice.
